It’s World Dumpling Day on Monday 26 September and there are plenty of venues across Sydney within the Lotus Dining Group to get your dumpling on to celebrate the occasion.

It was 10 years ago when the group first launched the Lotus Dumpling Bar at Walsh Bay, so now is as good a time as any to revive an old favourite just in time for World Dumpling Day – the Live Mud Crab Xiao Long Bao. These handcrafted Shanghainese-style soup dumplings feature sweet mud crab meat with piping hot soup, encased in a colourful white, green and gold skin.
